September 16, 1960 - December 9, 2012
Keithville, LA - Gregory Wade Cook, age 52, passed away December 9, 2012 after a brief illness. He was employed at Caddo Parish Solid Waste Department as a heavy equipment operator for 15 years. He was a Master Leather Craftsman for over 35 years and worked for Tandy Leather Company. He was a member of The Society for Creative Ananchronism (SCA) for 25 plus years as Conall MacRoigh, which he loved dearly and played the game with a passion.
He is survived by his one and only true love-his soul mate Trina Peters of Shreveport, LA; parents Louise and James Bagby of North Carolina, and Ronnie and Cecilia Cook of Albuquerque, New Mexico; sons Tyler and Garett Cook of Shreveport, LA; brothers Jeff Cook and wife Tina of North Carolina, Tim Cook of Oceanside, CA, and James Bagby stepbrother of Hartley, TX; 4 nieces, 5 nephews, 6 great nieces, and 3 great nephews.
Visitation will be Friday December 14, 2012 from 5-7 pm at the Aulds Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 1 pm Saturday December 15, 2012 at the Aulds Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Rose-Neath Cemetery.
