Husband of Hazel P Banister
Charles was a New Orleans dentist. He was a member and past master of Orleans Lodge No. 397 Free and Accepted Masons, and was a member of the American Dental Association, Orleans Parish Medical Society, Louisiana and New Orleans Dental Associations and was a member of the staff at Baptist hospital.
