Roster dated March, 1865, Promoted 1st Lieutenant February 26, 1862, Captain July31, 1862. Roll to April, 1865, Absent, sick, at Uniontown, Alabama, since April 20, 1865, order Dr Philson. Also borne on Official Rolls of Paroled Officers, C S A, Paroled Meridian, Mississippi, May 10, 1865.
