GRAFTON DICKSON.
Body Recovered This Morning - Burial This Afternoon.
The body of Grafton Dickson was recovered this morning in the river along the Fullilove plantation on the Bossier side below this city. Almost from the time Grafton Dickson was drowned near Fort Humbug Tuesday afternoon to the finding of the body there has been an untiring search by his friends and others, sympathizers with the bereaved in this great affliction.
The body was conveyed to Waring's and prepared for burial. With the body came a number of his friends who had assisted in the search.
How great was the anxiety of the mother and the brothers of the deceased over the recovery of the body. In this most trying of ordeals there is the melancholy satisfaction in the knowledge that the body has been recovered and that it will receive the burial in keeping with the fullest dictates of Love.
The burial will take place this afternoon from the residence, 275 Stoner avenue.
The pall-bearers are J D Wilkinson, Leon R Smith, D C Scarborough, Jr, Albert Alexander, R D Webb, John F Slattery, Judge E W Sutherlin and E . Herndon, Jr.
In their irreparable loss the bereaved have the fullest sympathy of the community.
