Sarepta, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Eunice Bray "Billie" Black, age 98, will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at the Old Sarepta Missionary Baptist Church, Sarepta, LA, with Bro. Don McCormick and Bro. Todd Pickard officiating. Interment will follow in Old Sarepta Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill.Visitation will be held Monday, August 12, 2013 from 5:00 pm untill 8:00 pm at the funeral home.Mrs. Black was born on May 6, 1915 to William Horace and Lou Ella Gray Bray in Hartman, AR and passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2013 in Springhill, LA. She was a member of Old Sarepta Missionary Baptist Church, a retired O.B. Nurse from Springhill Medical Center after 20 years of service. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.Mrs. Black is survived by her son, Joe Bob Black and wife, Frances of Sarepta, LA; granddaughter, Pamela Dorsey of Sarepta; three great-grandchildren, Allison Maxwell, Trey Farley and wife, Kristie, Karah Rasberry and husband, Justin, all of Sarepta; three great-great grandchildren, Madelyn Farley, Meagan Maxwell and Avery Farley. Mrs. Black was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charlie James Black, grandson, Gregory Joe Black, great-granddaughter, Angela Hanson. Pallbearers will be Trey Farley, Justin Rasberry, Jimmy Thompson, Billy Odom, Bob Seiple and Gene Hanson.
