Husband of Vera Mae Knight Bannister
Son of Charles and Ella James Banister
Bannister, Excie Charles, age 75. He was a native of Washington Parish and resident of Route Four Franklinton died April 13th at Riverside Medical Center. He was retired from the U. S. Navy and a veteran of both World War I and II. Interment was in the Ellis Cemetery. Survivors are one son, one brother, one sister and one granddaughter.
