Junius Bragg McGill Brandon, MS/Springhill, LA. Graveside services for Mr. Junius Bragg McGill, age 87, will be held Friday, January 30, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Springhill Cemetery with Rev. John J. Downs officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Bailey Mortuary, Springhill, LA. Visitation will begin Thursday at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Mr. McGill was born November 24, 1921 in Mariana, AR and passed away January 25, 2009 in Brandon, MS. He had been a resident of Brandon, MS for the past seven years and a former resident of Springhill, LA. Mr. McGill was a member of the Presbyterian faith, retired from International Paper Company after 36 years of service and was a WWII US Army veteran. He is survived by six grandchildren, Dawn Hogg, James Hogg, Layne Hill, Mara Lyn Hill, Jolee Harville, Amy Johnson and seven great grandchildren. He preceded in death by his wife, Ouida Carpenter McGill, son, Donald F. Hill, and daughter, Jean L. Hogg.
