Mrs Tillie Baker Angelo, 84, a longtime resident of Franklinton and current resident of Flannery Oaks Guest House in Baton Rouge died at 5:45 am yesterday in Baton Rouge.She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Franklinton and the widow of Victor Angelo. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Victoria and Carlos Rabb of Baton Rouge; a son and daughter-in-law, Norman and Brenda Angelo of Franklinton; a stepdaughter, Mary Lou Lutz of Houston;7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Larry Sheridan and 3 stepchildren, Frances Knight, Ella Campbell and Victor Logsdon.
