He is listed on a Missing Air Crew Report as one of four crew members aboard an A-29 Aircraft, Tail #401-23291, that crashed into the Atlantic Ocean approximately 1 mile off shore from Natal, Brazil. The flight departed Natal enroute to Ascension Island in the south Atlantic Ocean.
