BILLY JOE FOSTER, AGE 46
And a resident of Bogalusa died early Saturday morning May 16, 2009 at his home. He was a former longtime resident of Mathiston, MS and a welder, often traveling out of state with Scott welding. He enjoyed his work, loved cooking Cajun food, and having a good time. Mr. Foster was a loving husband, father, grandfather.

Wife: Lisa Foster of Bogalusa

Daughter: Stephanie Foster of Bogalusa

3 Sons and a Daughter in law: Derek and Nikki Carpenter of Mathiston, MS Eric Foster of Bogalusa Buddy Foster of Mathiston, MS

3 Grandchildren: Derek "D.J." Carpenter, Jr.; Haley Carpenter, Dylan Carpenter

Mother: Bessie Foster of Mathiston, MS

Sisters: Ann Hamburger of Gretna, LA Hattie Naquin of Westwego, LA Linda Foster of Sturgis, MS

Brother: Brian Murphy of Mathiston, MS

He was preceded in death by his father James D. Foster and brother Jimmy Foster

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Thursday May 21st from 5 pm until 9 pm and after 9 am on Friday. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Friday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Ponemah Cemetery.
