GARRY LYN JINKS, 56 OAK GROVE, LOUISIANA Cox Funeral Home Oak Grove, Louisiana OAK GROVE, LA - Funeral services for Garry Lyn Jinks, age 56, a truck driver of Oak Grove, Louisiana, will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Green Chapel Church of God in the Green Community near Oak Grove. Reverends William Moden and Gary Wolfe will officiate. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Grove, Louisiana. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove. Garry passed away at his home on Monday, December 14, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Travis Jinks and Bonnie Maxine King Jinks; brother, Steven Jinks; and his father-in-law, Howard "Buster" Cowden. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sally Jinks of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Joey Muirhead of West Monroe, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Patiance and Curtis Corbin, Jr. of Calhoun, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Stacey Martin of Oak Grove; son and daughter-in-law, Gary Wayne and Sierra Jinks of Oak Grove; sister and brother-in-law, Aline and Leonard Whatley of Monticello, Louisiana; sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Wayne York of Pearl, Mississippi; brother and sister-in-law, Jamie and Lou Ann Jinks of Newellton, Louisiana; brother, Billy Jinks of Jackson, Mississippi; brother, Travis Jinks of Dodson, Louisiana. He is survived by his 11 grandchildren: Garrett Danna, Harrison Danna, Cameron Muirhead, Cameron Corbin, Tayler Corbin, Chelsi Corbin, Sierra Dupre, Lacey Dupre, Kaitlin Ables, Dillian Jinks, and Damian Jinks. Pallbearers are: Michael Ainsworth, Shannon Ainsworth, Anthony Ainsworth, Eric Jinks, Scott Jinks, and John Jinks. Honorary Pallbearers are: Jesse Cowden and Bert Cowden. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 between the hours of 5 to 9 PM at Green Chapel Church of God, 5353 Highway 2 West of Oak Grove, Louisiana.
