Services for Daniel Tyler Albritton, 24, will be at 11 am Thursday at Farmersville Church of Christ, Farmersville, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 9:30-11 am. He leaves his wife Sarah Albritton; his son Daniel Hayes Albritton; his step-son Holden Paulus; parents Joe & Carolyn Albritton, sister Jennifer Crawford; grandparents Dan & Totsy Albritton, Farmersville, Louisiana & Billy Ray & Virginia Cassell Ruston, Louisiana. Brantley Funeral Home has charge.
A 24-year-old man missing from Olive Branch for six weeks was found dead in his truck in a wooded area Saturday, the victim of an apparent suicide. Police officials would not release details about how Daniel Tyler Albritton, who would have turned 25 this week, died but said an autopsy of his body is scheduled for Monday at the State Crime Lab in Jackson. Chief Don Gammage said ATV riders located Albritton's truck, with him inside, more than one mile off of College Road near Payne Lane around 2 pm Saturday. He added that it appeared the truck had been in the location since shortly after Albritton went missing on September 14, 2009.
