Funeral services for Michael "Mike" Tully will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at McClendon Baptist Church. Rev. Larry Linson will officiate with assistance from West Monroe Police Department chaplains. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at McClendon Baptist Church under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mike was born on November 28, 1964 in Bastrop and passed away on August 15, 2015 in West Monroe. He was a police officer and communications supervisor for the West Monroe Police Department and he served with the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Department and in the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Air Force. He is preceded in death by his father John Travis Tully Sr. and his step father, Leland Carpenter.

Mike is survived by his wife, Jennifer Landry Tully; son, Matt Tully; mother, Ruby Tully Carpenter; sister, Pam Tully Redden; brother, John Travis Tully Jr. and wife Ruthie; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Debbie and Bill Landry; brothers-in-law, Jeff Landry and wife Kylee and Jerry Landry and wife Robyn; sister-in-law, Julie Landry Poole and husband John; nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be West Monroe Police Officers, Reggie Allen, Carl Turner, Debs Laird, Barry Teague, Matt Gilliland and Jackie Gilbert.

Donations may be made to a local animal shelter.
