W. Ellis Varnado, age 60 years, died at his home south of Franklinton on November 14th. Interment was in the Ellis cemetery. He was born and reared in Washington Parish.
Survivors are his wife, and 1 child, Mrs. Forest Pearce, 2 grandchildren, F.M., Jr. and William Ellis Pearce; brothers and sisters, D.A. Varnado, Mrs. Rosetta Jenkins, Mrs. Leah McLain, Wilmer Varnado, M.I. Varnado, Mrs. Mary
