Funeral services for Mr. Clinton Seth Branton, age 29, will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Springhill, LA with Rev. G.R. Collier officiating. Interment will follow in Sikes Ferry Cemetery in Shongaloo, under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home Springhill.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Branton was born on May 28, 1986 to Clinton "Clint" Branton and Linda Kelly Finlay in Springhill, LA and passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 in Sarepta, LA. Seth was a lifelong resident of this area. He was a carpenter and worked for R and R Siding.
He is survived by a daughter, Kelly "Beth" Elizabeth Branton and his wife, Katie Hodgkiss Branton, of Sarepta, LA; father, Clinton "Clint" Branton; sister, Jennifer Finlay of Sarepta, LA; two brothers, Joshua Cody Branton of Sarepta, LA, Grey Kelley Branton of Shiloh Community; paternal grandmother, Ruby Branton of Sarepta, LA; maternal grandmother, Doris Finlay of Sarepta, LA; two nephews, Isaac Wells, Abram Finlay.
Mr. Branton was preceded in death by mother, Kelly Finlay; paternal grandfather, Zebedee Branton; maternal grandfather, Donald Finlay.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Delafield, Reece Lee, Nick Cater, Lee Butler, Cole Pickard, and Jeb McCuen.
In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the family for funeral expenses.
