Mark Kenneth Adkins
Cotton Valley, LA Funeral services will be held for Mark Kenneth Adkins, 55, at the Cotton Valley United Pentecostal Church in Cotton Valley, La Tuesday April 24, 2012 at 2 pm with Rev Dehart officiating. Interment will follow at Cotton Valley cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Cotton Valley United Pentecostal Church in Cotton Valley from 4 to 8 pm Monday April 23, 2012. Mr Adkins was born August 29, 1956. He entered into rest April 21, 2012 in Arcadia, La.
He is survived by his wife Lora Adkins of Cotton Valley, parents Miles Kenneth and Letitia Adkins of Cotton Valley, his daughters, Emily Clavier and husband Brett Clavier of Ruston, Stephenie Adkins of Cotton Valley sister, Camille Adkins and Larry Bromley of Fort Worth, TX and brother, Scott Adkins and wife Naomi Adkins of Shongaloo. Nieces and nephews, Kacie Czapala and husband Ty Czapala of Gainsville, FL, Whitney Hargis and husband Casey Hargis of Shreveport, and Clint Adkins of Minden.
The family would like to recognize the wonderful staff at Willow Ridge Nursing Home, as well as that of Caring Hearts Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Shreveport.
